Kerry Zeckman is a real estate veteran with over 24 years of experience in property management operations, real estate sales and investment client advisory services. Kerry is the Director of Operations for Vineyard Property Management, one of Atlanta’s top rated rental property management companies and serves as Co-Owner and Broker of VPM Realty Partners. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta metro area real estate market and consistently delivers outstanding financial results to property owners and investment partners across a portfolio of over 150 single family homes, condominiums and townhomes.

Kerry’s early career includes over 18 years of operational management and Director level property support for Post Apartment Homes (Atlanta). Kerry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a Minor in Psychology from Elon University. Kerry and her husband Dan have two sons and are very active in their local community.

John Williams is a top producing real estate agent, co-founder of VPM Realty Partners brokerage and owner of Vineyard Property Management, one of Atlanta’s top-rated residential management companies. John is an incredibly passionate and knowledgable real estate professional, advisor and investor with a successful and multi-disciplined career dating back to 1999. John has extensive experience in residential property sales and investment strategies, renovation projects and property management operations.

His early career included serving as Vice President, Post Apartment Homes (Atlanta) and Advisory Board Member to multiple university Real Estate Programs such as University of Georgia, Virginia Tech and Auburn University. John loves to help his clients achieve their real estate goals and the results speak for themselves!
